TheCocktailAce.com is operated by Beachhead LLC, an Idaho limited liability company. TheCocktailAce.com is designed to be used without creating an account. We collect minimal information to provide and improve our services:

Menu maker data: Information you enter into the menu maker tool (bar name, tagline, drink selections, theme choice) is processed locally in your browser. We do not store the contents of your menus on our servers. We do collect anonymous event data about which features you use (for example, that a menu was generated, which theme was selected) to improve the tool.
Email address (newsletter): If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. See the Email Newsletter section below for full details.
Contact information: If you contact us via email, we collect your email address and the content of your message so we can respond.

How to unsubscribe: Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can opt out at any time with no questions asked.

Will we sell your email? Never. We will not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for their marketing purposes.

By subscribing to our newsletter you consent to receiving periodic email communications from TheCocktailAce.com. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and all applicable email marketing laws. Our newsletter emails will always include our physical mailing address, clear identification that the message is a newsletter, and a working unsubscribe mechanism.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising this right. You can also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on linked above to block all Google Analytics tracking site-wide.

TheCocktailAce.com recognizes and honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. When your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a verified consumer request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. You do not need to take any further action — the signal applies automatically to your visit. Data Retention

Children's Privacy

TheCocktailAce.com is a website about cocktails and alcohol-related products and is intended for use only by individuals who are at least 21 years of age (the legal drinking age in the United States). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 21.
